How Often Do We Have To Meet?
It is recommended to meet once a week to work through issues in a more effective manner. However, the number of meetings can depend on the goals and needs we identify.

How Do I Schedule An Appointment With You?
You can schedule an appointment by email, or by phone (texting as well). If I’m in session and/or away from my phone, please feel free to leave a detailed message, including your name, phone number, and the best time and way to reach you.

What Should I expect on our first meeting?
We will meet for 45-mins and engage in an intake process with comprehensive assessment, build rapport, learn about expectations as a therapist and as a client, identify primary reasons seeking services, and learn how we can work together in reaching your personal goals. If, for any reason, either of us does not believe we're a good fit, I will provide referrals based on your needs.
