Did you know that group counseling really work? Individuals coming together to work on a common problem is as effective as individual therapy. The benefits are following:
1. Realize you're not alone

3. Cultivate compassion
4. Gain inner comfort and find your voice
Stay tuned for our upcoming support group.
what you can expect
In my practice, I support my clients to feel accepted, validated with no judgement. In order to promote healing, growth, and connections, I sit through difficult emotions until self-acceptance and self-compassion is communicated and received in a safe space. This therapy process is not always easy, often times if feels worse before it feels better. According to Brene Brown, Vulnerability is defined as "uncertainty, risk, and emotional exposure, but it is also the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy and creative." I will walk with you through the difficult journey where you will be challenged to courageously unpack emotional baggages and find comfort in self-acceptance. In this way, you will find inner wisdom, resiliency & strengths that may bring a sense of freedom, liberation, connection to self and others. “Out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength” Sigmund Freud.
